Full Mouth Restoration

At Bayside Dental we offer full mouth restorations for our Glace Bay and Cape Breton patients, using various cosmetic procedures for aesthetic and functional purposes.

What is a full mouth dental restoration?

A full mouth restoration is a treatment plan developed by you and your dentist to repair various oral health and/or cosmetic dental issues you may have. Your dentist will examine the state of your teeth and gums and recommend a combination of cosmetic dental treatments based on your needs.

Full mouth restoration treatments are typically used for people who have several different dental health problems that they'd like to have fixed, and can correct severely worn down, missing, or badly damaged teeth.

Any combination of restorative dental treatments may be used.

The need for full mouth reconstruction may result from:

  • Lost teeth due to decay or trauma
  • Fractured or damaged teeth
  • Severely worn-down teeth from long-term acid erosion (foods, beverages, acid reflux) or tooth grinding
  • Jaw, muscle and headache pain requiring adjustments to the bite
